A little something about me
hi, my name is mike, i am a 25 year old guy without a job or any other responsibilities to speak of. right now i am moving around in south east asia on the last leg of what has been an amazing experience. i don’t know where i will end up or how long my hair will be when i get there, but that isn’t really the point.
“…men labor under a mistake. The better part of the man is soon ploughed into the soil for compost. By a seeming fate, commonly called necessity, they are employed, as it says in the old book, laying up treasures which moth and rust will corrupt and thieves break through and steal. It is a fool’s life, as they will find when they get to the end of it, if not before.” —Thoreau

Mike,
I’ve been ready your blog, I can’t believe the things you’ve done, the places you’ve been. The pictures are incredible. I hope this trip is all you hoped for. Life in Oceanside is the same as always. Black Angus is still there with its revolving door. Take care of yourself and may you keep scoring free food and beer.
